Refunds of Hard Goods:

To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

Hard goods must be returned to Yovwe Consulting & Marketing Services immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting director@yovwemarketing.com as directed in step 1.

The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Yovwe Consulting & Marketing Services sole, reasonable discretion.

Non-returnable Items:

Time-based services already rendered - Consulting hours, strategy sessions, meetings already completed

Custom/creative work - Brand designs, copywriting, content creation, marketing materials created specifically for the client

Third-party expenses - Ad spend on platforms (Facebook, Google Ads), software subscriptions purchased for the client, stock photos, paid tools

Setup and onboarding fees - Initial account setup, onboarding sessions, system configuration

Retainer deposits - First month's retainer or deposit fees (often non-refundable once work begins)

Research and analysis - Market research, competitor analysis, audit reports already delivered

Digital products - Downloaded templates, courses, proprietary frameworks once accessed

Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:

To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:
